VICE PRESIDENT J.D. VANCE ENDORSES T.W. SHANNON FOR OKLAHOMA LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Vice President J.D. Vance announced his endorsement of T.W. Shannon today, saying the former Speaker of the House has the right values and best experience to serve as Oklahoma’s next Lieutenant Governor.

“I’m happy to endorse T.W. Shannon, a proven conservative leader and fighter, who will always champion President Trump’s America First agenda,” said Vance. “He’s exactly the type of conservative warrior that the MAGA movement needs as the next Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma!”
Shannon said he is honored and humbled to have the Vice President’s support and trust.

“Vice President Vance is the most talented, principled and impactful Vice President in modern history, and l am honored by his support and trust,” said T.W. Shannon. “It was a tremendous privilege to work with him in the Administration, where I saw personally his commitment to the American People and his dedication to the President’s America First agenda. I am humbled by his endorsement, and I hope my fellow Oklahomans grant me the opportunity to work with him as our next Lieutenant Governor.”

Shannon previously served in the Trump Administration and received President Trump’s endorsement in March.

President Trump said at the time that Shannon would work hard to grow the economy, cut taxes and regulations, and promote American energy dominance.
“I have no words for how humbling it is to be supported by President Trump and Vice President Vance,” said Shannon. “I will continue working hard every day to earn the same level of trust from the People of Oklahoma.”

In addition to the endorsements from President Trump and Vice President Vance, Shannon has been endorsed by former U.S. Senator Markwayne Mullin. Shannon is certified by the Oklahoma Republican Party and also endorsed by The Association of Oklahoma General Contractors, The Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists, The Oklahoma Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Tulsa FirePac and the Association of Oklahoma Nurse Practitioners.
