OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Markwayne Mullin has announced his endorsement of T.W. Shannon for Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma. Mullin previously served as the Congressman from Oklahoma’s Second District from 2012-2022, and was a United States Senator when President Trump appointed him to his current cabinet post.

Mullin has worked closely with Shannon for years, and praised his proven track record of conservative leadership, fiscal responsibility, and unwavering dedication to protecting our God-given rights.

“T.W. Shannon is a strong, America First patriot who stands for conservative values and pro-business policy,” said Markwayne Mullin. “Having worked with him for many years in Oklahoma, I know he is dedicated to his faith and his family, and he is a man of character and integrity who can be trusted. I am proud to vote for him for Lieutenant Governor, and I hope my fellow Oklahomans will join me.”

Shannon, the former Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, welcomed Mullin’s endorsement and emphasized their shared vision for the state.

Shannon, who had been serving in the Trump Administration prior to announcing his campaign, received President Trump’s endorsement early in the race. President Trump said at the time that Shannon would work hard to grow the economy, cut taxes and regulations, and promote American energy dominance.

“Having both President Trump and Markwayne Mullin in my corner is a powerful testament to the America First vision I have laid out for Oklahoma’s future, and l am truly humbled by their support,” said Shannon. “While their support is monumental, it is even more powerful when combined with the many thousands of grassroots conservatives across the state who have encouraged me, prayed for me, and are trusting me with their vote.

In addition to the endorsements from President Trump and Markwayne Mullin, Shannon has been certified by the Oklahoma Republican Party and endorsed by The Associated General Contractors of Oklahoma, The Association of Oklahoma Nurse Practitioners, Oklahoma Association of Nurse Anesthetists and Tulsa FirePAC.
